When it comes to standard operating procedure in computer forensics, every state has its own laws and procedures. Currently, Washington is operating with regards to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Amendments. No activity is expected for approximately one year, but the Rules Committee is conducting ongoing review into amending the Washington State Court Rules*.
