Currently, Maryland is operating with regards to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Amendments. The United States District Court in the District of Maryland has a ‘Suggested Protocol for Discovery of Electronically Stored Information’ that encourages the parties to conduct a conference and create a report regarding the discovery of electronically stored information*.
